Throughout her career, she has driven transformative changes across some of Australia’s largest and most complex systems, including the largest education system with 2,200 sites, 800,000 students, and 80,000 staff. Her strategic oversight has significantly impacted operations and risk management in diverse environments, particularly in remote and disadvantaged communities.
