Deputy Director-General, Early Childhood, Regulation and Communication

As Deputy Director-General for Early Childhood, Regulation and Communication, Tania leads the development and implementation of key reforms and impactful policy, to improve outcomes for Queensland children and families. Tania is also responsible for the non-state schools accreditation board, home education and the department's communication and events functions, delivering high-quality communication and engagement with Queensland families.

Deputy Director-General, State Schools Strategy

As Deputy Director-General, State Schools Strategy, Stacie provides visionary, values-based leadership and management to inspire equity, excellence and continuous improvement in education delivery across Queensland.

Acting Deputy Director-General, School and Regional Operations and Performance

As Acting Deputy-Director General, School and Regional Operations and Performance, Leanne is concentrating on the implementation of high-impact projects that enhance student outcomes and wellbeing services. She is also focused on place-based and system initiatives informed by regional performance assessments.

Deputy Director-General, Corporate and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Services

As Deputy Director-General for Corporate and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Services, Phillip is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the department's human resources strategy, finance, procurement and facilities, legal services and internal audit, as well as overseeing partnerships, programs and policies to improve educational outcomes for Aboriginal students and Torres Strait Islander students.

Assistant Director-General, Finance, Procurement and Facilities, and Chief Finance Officer

As Assistant Director-General and Chief Finance Officer, Duncan provides strategic financial advice to the department's chief executive and has overall leadership of finance strategy, functions and systems. Duncan also leads procurement, fleet and corporate facilities management services.

Deputy Director-General, Infrastructure Services

As the Deputy Director-General of Infrastructure Services, Nick is responsible for driving delivery of one of our highest priorities—education infrastructure. The infrastructure portfolio is responsible for building, maintaining, improving and renewing critical education facilities to support positive outcomes for young Queenslanders.

Deputy Director-General, Strategic Policy and External Relations

As the Deputy Director-General for Strategic Policy and External Relations, Kathleen leads a strategic approach to the portfolio’s policy, intergovernmental relations, performance, legislation, monitoring, reporting, and governance functions, at a whole-of-government and national level.

Deputy Director-General, Arts Queensland

As Deputy Director-General for Arts Queensland, Kirsten is responsible for the government's investment in arts infrastructure, arts organisations, grant programs and development of arts policy. This includes management of $1 billion in arts and cultural assets, including the Queensland Cultural Centre, Festival House, Judith Wright Arts Centre and Bulmba-ja in Cairns.
