A new state school for Caboolture West was originally planned to open for Term 1 2025. However, enrolment demand and residential growth in the area has not progressed as fast as originally forecast.
The department is working to identify a new school site with the school delivery now being planned for between 2028 and 2030, with the opening year to be linked to student enrolment growth.
