For the past 12 months, the Department of Education, together with Yarrabah Aboriginal Shire Council and key school community members, has been working to develop a vision and identify short, medium and long-term educational improvements, new buildings and spaces for Yarrabah State School.
We would like to share these ideas with the community and get your feedback.
What may change at Yarrabah State School?
The outcomes we hope to achieve are:
- short-term project(s)—within the next 3 years, identify and fund improvements to an existing space or building a new space
- medium-term project(s)—identify potential projects and seek future funding
- long-term project(s)—a 10+ years master plan for Yarrabah State School and seek future funding.
