Red Hill Special School's Waterworks Road campus and Ithaca campus will be amalgamated into 1 site at its Ithaca campus site (formerly Ithaca TAFE) at Fulcher Road, Red Hill.
The former TAFE campus will undergo a purpose-built, major transformation to accommodate the learning needs of up to 120 children with disabilities and high needs.
Parents, carers and the local community were invited to have their say on the major building refurbishments, local traffic, pedestrian, cycle and bus access, and student safety initiatives, from Monday 15 April 2024 until Sunday 26 May 2024.
Community engagement activities included:

- 2 face-to-face engagement sessions held on Thursday 16 May 2024 and Saturday 18 May 2024.
All feedback received through community engagement is being considered by the Red Hill Special School project team.
