Since 2025, the Queensland Government, together with Hope Vale Aboriginal Shire Council and key school community members, has been working to develop a vision and identify stage 1, 2, and 3 educational improvements, new buildings and spaces for George Bowen Memorial Kindergarten and Hope Vale campus.
What may change at George Bowen Memorial Kindergarten and Hope Vale campus?
The outcomes we hope to achieve are:
- a master plan for George Bowen Memorial Kindergarten
- a master plan for Hope Vale campus
- a list of prioritised projects for each master plan, categorised into stage 1, 2 and 3 potential projects.
Note: All proposed projects in the master plan are unfunded.
